Convertible Top Warranty Information

12 Month Warranty
Mistakes sometimes happen and warranty claims are rare but nevertheless can happen. We will gladly correct our mistakes and deal with your warranty claims but please understand that we are responsible for our product only, not the installation or removal.

All our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Damage resulting from incorrect installation, car manufacturers design problems, pinching or wear and tear during lowering and raising of the hood frame, normal wear and tear, incorrect cleaning materials, improper cleaning methods or atmospheric conditions is the responsibility of the buyer.

No warranty is offered or implied on plastic windows after installation. Plastic windows need special care and attention. They can last 10 years or 10 minutes. For instance they can crack in cold conditions and they are easily damaged if the hood is incorrectly lowered. On some cars, the convertible top folds into such a small space that creasing is inevitable.

We recognise that occasionally extraordinary situations arise. This warranty / return policy is extended to cover the majority of transactions. Special situations will be handled on an individual basis.

Warranty for our products is one year from date of purchase.

Warranty claims and refunds are prorated from the purchase date, based on the estimated normal product service life.

Our liability for breach of the above warranty is limited to refunding the purchase price of the goods, or at our discretion to replacement upon its return. Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for any other form of consequential damage including installation costs, removal costs, damage to associated products, vehicle hire costs or loss of profit arising out of the use or inability to use the products supplied.

No claim for any breach of warranty herein shall be valid unless delivered in writing to the company within the warranty period.

Buyer submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Law and English courts.
