Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection; click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart; please contact us as soon as possible and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received; this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order (and hence a contract between us) when we send you an order acknowledgement. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing; such as inadvertently under-pricing goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price; we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
The shipping cost is based on the larger figure of dimensional weight or the actual weight of the consignment.
Delivery Schedule
Stock items are usually despatched within 1 working day. Made to order items are usually despatched in around 7 working days (depending on the time of year). Interior trim kits can take up to 4 weeks to manufacture and despatch; depending on the time of year. In all cases; the customer will receive an order acknowledgement with the expected lead time for that particular item(s).
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Tax Charges
Shipments to the EU, Norway & Switzerland: No duty/tariffs are due under the UK-EU/EFTA trade agreement. Our products are manufactured in the UK and shipped from our Northern Ireland branch. Northern Ireland is part of the EU common market and shipments from our Northern Ireland branch to an EU recipient are classed as intra-EU shipments. This means we collect VAT on the order at the rate of the destination country and no additional fees are due.
*Shipments to Norway & Switzerland: Order to those destinations will be zero-rated for VAT. The carrier will collect VAT on those shipments before delivery.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed on our website: credit card numbers are encrypted. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
